142: Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls
This past weekend has been very busy. My Aunt came home for the first time in 4 years and everyone’s determined to make her gain a few more pounds before she disappears on us again. (It’s a culture thing, I think.) I’ve never eaten so much in one weekend. Bah, I think I’m the one getting fat…ter. ;)
These cinnamon rolls are from last, last weekend, a less frantic time. Light, fluffy and sweet - I’ve found my go-to cinnamon roll recipe.
