163: Pasta with Baked Cherry Tomatoes

My mother complained that I am not cooking enough healthy dishes. As a way to appease her, I made her this for lunch. Cherry tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil - now doesn’t that ingredient list scream healthy to you? (It’s yummy too!)
